cippe2012 Concludes with New Records
The 12th China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (cippe) concluded on March 21 and the three-day event makes new records at number of exhibitors, amount of professional visitors and proportion of international exhibitors.
In all, cippe2012, covering 80,000 square meters of floor space, attracts 1,500 exhibitors from 62 countries and regions including 45 from the Global Fortune 500 and the exhibition becomes the largest petroleum exhibition in the world.
At cippe2012, pavilions from the United States, Germany, UK, France, Canada, Norway, Italy, Russia, Korea and Denmark attract world's eyes and famous enterprises such as Gazprom, Rosneft, GE, Baker Hughes, National Oil Varco, Schlumberger, SIMENS, Cameron, ABB, Caterpillar, Cummins, FMC and Tyco also take part in the exhibition.
Furthermore, the professional visitors to cippe2012 also make a breakthrough. On the first exhibition day, over 22,000 visitors and 110 group-visitors go to the exhibition and in all 50,000 visitors have paid a visit. All together, about 160 purchasing groups formed by governmental organs, petroleum organizations and national petroleum enterprises flock to cippe2012 for business opportunities.
With the global promotion, cippe becomes famous in petroleum field. At cippe2012, the international pavilion occupies 31% with a total exhibiting area of 25,000 square meters.
